Floating ball sight glass is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, medicine, food and other industrial production pipeline, can observe the liquid, gas, steam and other media flow reaction at any time, is a common part of all kinds of pipelines, is to ensure the normal production, to ensure the product quality of one of the indispensable pipeline accessories.When the diaphoretic straight through sight glass,used on clear, colorless liquid tubes,such as cooling water,gasoline and other pipes, the observation is not clear, not intuitive problems, and even can not see whether there is no medium flow in the pipes.According to the above defects, the ball float sight glass is specifically aimed at this problem. The glass mirror, the observation pipe, and the inlet and outlet water pipe are used to observe that the pipe is connected with the inlet pipe and outlet pipe respectively by welding.A float and a wire mesh are arranged in the observation pipeline. The function of the wire mesh is to prevent the float from flowing out of the observation pipeline along with the medium. The density of the float is lower than the density of the liquid transmitted in the pipeline.When the medium flows in the pipe, the float will float on the medium and shake with the strength of the medium flow. In this way, the flow of the medium in the pipe can be observed intuitively.
